Invitation/Save the Date
I first designed the Invitation and Save the Date email layouts in two versions—one for Hogarth employees and another for external guests. Once these emails were sent out for RSVPs, we were able to get a general idea of the expected attendance for the show.

Art Show Manifesto
As guests entered the Hogarth building, they were greeted by the first artwork displayed alongside
the Art Show Manifesto.
Postcards
Directional sign posters were placed throughout the venue to ensure guests could easily navigate the space. Additionally, attendees received postcards featuring the artists' artwork as small keepsake gifts.

Photo booth
After guests viewed all the artwork, a Photo Booth sign was placed at the back of the room, inviting them to take pictures. Volunteers were also present to help guide guests. They wore Volunteer Lanyard shirts, making them easily identifiable. Each photo featured the art show’s logo and was printed as a takeaway gift.

Video of the Art Show
This video showcased the interior of the Hogarth building, featuring artwork displayed on the walls along with segments from interviews with the two artists. My contributions included, but were not limited to, the logo intro, exhibit logo, manifesto video intro, lower third graphics, and end card.
